Return and Refund Policy for Hampers
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every hamper you purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 10-day return policy subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and seals intact.

Perishable items (such as fresh food, fruits, or baked goods) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or spoiled.

Customized hampers or items with personalized messages are non-returnable unless they are defective or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Any item not in its original condition, damaged for reasons not due to our error.

Items returned after the 10-day window.

Opened or consumed food and beverage products.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please:

Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is approved, we will guide you through the return shipping process.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Hampers
If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect hamper:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photographic evidence.

We will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.

6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
